EA to CEO - Manchester and or London / Hybrid - Maternity Cover

Leading International Investment Banking Boutique is seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to support their CEO, covering a Maternity Leave until June 2022. This exciting role could be based in London or Manchester, or home based with travel to London or Manchester required approximately once a week.

You will provide comprehensive diary, meeting, schedule and travel management for the CEO, organisation of regular trips to the US and Europe, organisation of Leadership and key client events and initiatives and liaise closely with senior stakeholders within the Group.

You must possess first class communication and organisational skills, a flexible and supportive attitude and highly professional approach to work. Previous experienced gained at C-suite is also essential as is the flexibility to travel to the London / Manchester offices.
