JOB TITLE: Marketing and Events Coordinator

JOB TYPE: Full time, Permanent

COMPANY TYPE: Creative Agency

SALARY: £26,000-£28-000 *depending on experience

HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9.00am – 6.00pm

LOCATION: London, North Kensington

Responsibilities/Duties

You will be responsible for the organisation of resources to support the smooth delivery of multiple marketing and events projects including:

• Booking photoshoots
• Booking screenings
• Updating their database and monitoring spreadsheets
• Contacting clients regarding marketing information
• Coordinating charity events
• Coordinating marketing activities
• Supporting at events and exhibitions

Skills and Experience

• 1-2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role within a creative environment
• Degree Educated *
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience using databases preferred
