Sourcing/Procurement Administrator

Job Description: Sourcing Administrator

The Sourcing Administrator provides regional support within their allocated plant(s) and is the first point of contact both internally to the plant and externally to all stakeholders.
The Sourcing Administrator will collaborate with the Accounts Payable, Manufacturing, R&D, Quality and Supply Chain functions manage and address issue with vendor account settlement and payment.

The Sourcing Administrator will:

*Resolve and communicate supplier management issues, escalating as appropriate to ensure continuity of supply at all times within relevant plant value streams
*Coordinate efforts within the plant(s) to support prompt vendor payment and vendor account management
*Support internal clients across all plant activities to ensure compliance to all sourcing policies and guidelines
*As directed by GPM, coordinate supplier performance improvement initiatives in areas relating vendor set-up account management and payment
*Manage respective supplier relationships
*Develop expertise in payment and account balance analysis
*Implementation of appropriate procedures

Job Responsibilities:
*Escalation point for payment issues and communication and further escalation to key stakeholders (Plant, Sourcing, Quality etc.)
*Support KPI's vendor payment
*Active vendor payment and account management
*Leads and contributes to hoppering sessions and best practice sessions
*Support fulfilment of business specific needs, e.g. spend reports, vendor payment report
