Inbound Customer Service Adviser for a leading Insurance company. Working from home based role.

Description

• Take inbound sales calls from prospective customers who have generated quotes, either from partners, a comparison website, or directly from the companies website
• Targeted around the delivery of an exceptional service, as well as retention of business and securing new business through an advisory sell
• Take inbound renewals calls from existing customers, supporting them in arrange insurance policy renewals
• Take inbound service calls supporting existing customers with a range of post sales support including policy changes, cancellations and general queries
• Follow the complete sales and renewals processes through to completion, ensuring card payment details and direct debits are completed accurately
• Adhere to all compliance and quality standards including FCA Regulations and GDPR

Profile

The ideal individuals for the Inbound Contact Centre Agents (Insurance) will:

• Have worked in a Call Centre and Customer Service team previously in an all round role, including advisory sales
• Be confident in resolving customer issues at first contact
• Have high attention to detail in order to set up policies, direct debits etc
• Deliver first class customer service at all times
• Adhere to DPA processes and maintain high QA at all times
• Be interested in long term development and progression
• Ability to work independently at home full time, with 1 day a month in the office (this will be a team building day) if you are further than 1 hour from the office
• Previous FCA industry exprieience requiried.

• £24399 Annual Salary (Subject to £2500 increase annually)
