JOB TITLE: Office Assistant

HOURS: Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:30pm
LOCATION: St James’, London
CULTURE: Medium-sized, corporate team where every team member plays an important part
Responsibilities/Duties
You will be the face of the office and contribute to the following:
- Greet and sign in visitors on arrival
- Set up meeting rooms according to daily bookings including refreshments and IT equipment etc.
- Answer calls to office and direct to relevant staff or pass on messages
- Monitor hot-desk booking spreadsheet daily
- Ensure clean desk policy is adhered to
- Provide IT and printing support to all staff
- Manage deliveries and any postal requirements
- Maintain health and safety/facilities certification
- New starter onboarding support
- Administrative support to the HR team
- Liaise with EA’s to support with diary management
Skills and Experience
- 1-2 years’ experience as an Office Junior/Receptionist
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ambitious and hard-working
- Organised team-player with the ability to build strong relationships within the team
