Temp PA- Hedge fund - December cover!

Looking for an experienced temp PA to provide holiday cover there will be repeat booking available.

Ideally, you will be a temp PA who is available for the length of the booking who can hit the ground running!

We are looking for a fantastic temp PA to provide cover in December from 29th Nov - 24th Dec - office based - with an excellent hourly rate! If you have had Office Management experience that would be very helpful but not essential. Working in a US Hedge Fund with high standards!

Supporting 2 Directors, 1 VP and 3 Associates and will be to provide high-level EA support booking flights, diary and calendar management, booking restaurants, hotels, inbox management and any team administration. 

As this is holiday cover over December the workload could be very busy or quiet so an adaptable nature is absolutely necessary and the ability to keep busy in a quiet period.
