A financial services company in Central London is looking for proactive and personable Data Administrator who can assist with a temporary project. This project will involve managing large amounts of data ensuring everything is organised and looking in order. As well as data you will also be organising digital files and tidying up the CRM system.

Someone with some understanding of Salesforce and Google Drive (or a similar product) would be ideal.

This project will last approximately 4 weeks, and they'll need assistance for 3-4 days p/w 

This is a very established company, with a collaborative family feel.

Skills/Experience Required;

  • Demonstrable experience working with Salesforce and Google Drive is advantageous.
  • Previous knowledge of a database
  • Good skills in using Excel
  • Confident, personable and happy to pick up things quickly.
  • Articulate and good attention to detail.
  • Can work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Enthusiasm and creative thinking ability
  • Good previous use of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
