EA to Managing Director – Global Advertising Agency

Full time role however Tuesday-Thursday in the office

London Office Based

3 Months – Possibility of Extension

Are you an experienced Senior EA looking to work in a fast-paced, super creative Global Advertising Agency?

 
Key responsibilities:
  • Diary management, international travel booking, and meeting bookings
  • Setting agendas and writing minutes
  • Event organisation
  • Building relationships across the agency
  • Key meeting document preparation
  • Expenses and timesheet completion
  • Office management (office and equipment maintenance, answering phone calls, being the first point of contact)
 

Knowledge and Experiences:
  • 3 years + PA at Senior level at a global organisation
  • Highly organised, time efficient and a strong communicator
  • Confident regarding building relationships with senior company members
  • Brilliant problem-solver with an ability to keep calm
  • Fabulous at Microsoft Office
  • Thrive in fast-paced, creative environments
  • Preferable but not required: Office Manager/ Facilities experience and a creative background
 
Salary - £40k
