Our client is a leading UK based financial and professional services company based in Liverpool Street searching for an exceptional PA to support two senior executives

The role will be involved with the CFO and  the MD of Public Affairs, Policy and Research and the Public Affairs team.

The role is a temporary opportunity with the option in the New Year to be considered for the permanent position. As such they are looking for someone to start as soon as possible.

What you’ll do:

• Act as first point of contact for the Execs
• Assist with events including staff days, board/committee events and training programmes
• Preparing board packs and minuting as required
• Completing meeting preparation including briefings
• Expenses, incoming calls, gatekeeping and meet and greeting where required
• Diary and inbox management
• Travel and accommodation arrangement

Who you are:

• Experience with managing relationships with senior financial and related professional services industry stakeholders
• Understanding of membership organisation
• Strong communication skills across all levels of the business
• Previous PA experience and board back experience
• A team focus and can do attitude
