Our client, a rapidly growing company in the Fintech space, allows people to make payment simpler with over 4 million customers worldwide in over 90 currencies. They have been established for over 10 years, disrupting the market with a digital payment platform that aims to make sending money aboard as easy as sending a text message. They have got offices across the world, from London to Sydney and 15 locations in between.
Working with the Internal Comms, Engagement and Employer Brand Director you’ll play a leading role in developing and delivering communications to the company’s business and future employees.
You’ll be involved in a range of projects spanning internal comms, engagement and employer branding.You’ll be the SME on our new intranet, and be responsible for the overall visual design, ensuring it’s in line with thier employer brand, the site navigation, site content, engagement and training of users, coordination with key stakeholders and oversight of the technology and platform.
You will create and develop a clear plan for the intranet on an annual basis, building in metrics, analysis and employee feedback to drive the plan and report on success measures. You will also take ownership of any additional development or key initiatives that are needed to connect with our global workforce – including monthly business updates, all hands and events.
As a member of the Communications team, you will aim high, embrace challenges and always do what’s right; acting with integrity and building trust as you contribute to the company’s technical direction and long-term decision making.
Location: Office based in London
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver a regular cadence of communications in line with the comms calendar
- Deliver best in class comms by business partnering with key stakeholders to source news and views across the company
- Help implement and run our bi-annual engagement surveys and support with the delivery of action planning across the business.
- Own the new “Interact’ intranet ensuring it is utilised and maintained.
- Measure and report on comms campaigns – providing insight and evidence to support success
- Support with the development of our employer brand – across social channels and their careers site
- Support with the planning and delivering of quarterly all-staff events
- Deputise for the Internal comms director as required
Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience managing and implementing intranets
- Experience in supporting employee engagement surveys
- Excellent written and spoken English language
- Excellent planning and organisational skills
- Experience in digital communications channels, CMS systems, and social networking platforms
- Attention to detail
- Ability to interpret and analyse data
- Flexible and able to react quickly to business needs or change
- Ability to start by January 2022
