Based in a West London co-working space as part of the Soho House Group, you will report to the Directors and will be working alongside a team of specialist Recruitment Consultants and Researchers.

What we’re looking for:

This role would suit an ambitious sales consultant with 5+ years' experience, ideally from a recruitment or luxury lifestyle background, working first hand with private high-net worth individuals. Hospitality professionals and service orientated backgrounds would also would translate well into the role of Recruitment Consultant at Chace People. You will thrive from working in a fast moving, people focused environment and as such will reap the rewards of your results. You will have a good sense of the use of technology in the workplace and you will strive for excellence in your delivery. We are looking for resourceful and diligent individuals, who are genuinely passionate about recruitment. Excellent command of the English language is a must, with additional languages a bonus, but not a prerequisite. You will be confident with your communication style and will have an analytical mindset to produce excellent research and results.

As a Recruitment Consultant, your job will include:

  • Sourcing and interviewing candidates within your specialist division and individual desk(s)
  • Reference and background vetting
  • CV advice and formatting
  • Interview planning and advice
  • CRM and ATS management
  • Working with the Research Consultants and your Direct Line Manager to strategise on advertising opportunities
  • Business Development to include cold calling and networking 
  • Client account management and client retention
  • Mentorship/training to junior consultants, depending on your level

As a Private Staff Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in the success of one of our most well-established divisions, in sourcing the best talent globally. You will be set personal targets in line with an attractive commission scheme and will be provided with all the tools to succeed. Reporting to the Head of Private Staff, with dotted lines to the Directors, your focus will include a 360-recruitment management process; from developing the brief, to sourcing a strong pipeline of candidates, making calls and arranging candidate meetings. Overtime you will start to manage your own client accounts, displaying great communication and relationship skills, to ensure a transparent process and to negotiate effectively to get your placements over the line.

Your hours will be full-time, Monday-Friday generally 9am - 6pm, with a flexi day. Please note that we work across all timezones on international mandates, so a degree of flexibility may be required outside of these hours to meet certain projects, which will always be communicated to you.
