Working closely with a Household Manager/Assistant with focus on a London portfolio of properties and investments, you will be supporting the Principal, who is a highly respected European entrepreneur and investor, with a main focus on communications and special projects surrounding the Principal himself.

You will ideally come from a communications/marketing and / or investor relations background with knowledge of start-up, special projects and investment portfolios at a HNW level. Your responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

Branding and Communications

  • Managing personal and investment "Ecosystem" (i.e. contacts)
  • Adding all new contacts to LinkedIn / Roladex
  • Organising all new contacts by type
  • Organising all existing contacts by type
  • Create realistic process of contact management by type
  • Creating template messages for each contact type
  • Managing cadence of messages to each contact type
  • Maintaining updated address database
  • Organising regular events & dinners
  • Setting & maintaining cost budget for events & dinner
  • Creating structured calendar management rules & flex time
  • Diary & Appointment Management
  • Reservation & booking management
  • Managing & tracking club memberships
  • Christmas Card Campaign (250+)
  • Birthdays & reminders
  • Managing responses to outreach

Email Infrastructure & Digitalisation

  • Implementing new Office 365 Suite Subscription
  • Setting up new email accounts under centralised domain name
  • Informing contact lists of new email inboxes & rationale
  • Monitoring & forwarding of disused email inboxes
  • Creating & Organising document folders
  • Filing Documents in Shared Drives
  • Scanning hard-copy documents
  • Setting up procedures, naming conventions
  • Management of shared task boards (Monday.com)

Investment & Property Liaison

  • Liaising with external Family Office to vet investment opportunities
  • Closely tracking investment opportunity deal flow
  • Ensuring that external Family Office are well informed of deadlines
  • Assisting with execution of investment documents
  • Arranging Mail & Couriers
  • Communicating closely with London Agent on property renovations
  • Payment of Utilities & Invoices
  • Arranging site visits & supervision of installations

A generous salary will be offered depending on the right candidate’s experience, with the ability to work remotely as your duties allow. The usual base will be Central London and you will be equipped with all the necessary tools to execute your day.
