TRAVELLING HOSPITALITY OFFICER FOR VVIP INTERNATIONAL CLIENT
London, UK with global travel

Our client is a dedicated concierge and luxury lifestyle company providing exclusive services to VVIP clients across the UK and internationally. This is an exciting role for a Hospitality Officer who is looking for a new challenge and wants to join a fast paced, diverse and high performing team.

Based in London, with significant travel across the UK and abroad, this role will support the Hospitality Manager in ensuring the smooth progress and security of VIP guest experiences in terms of travel, hotel stays and events/entertainment.   

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Organisation and preparation of guest visits in the UK and abroad including hotels, venues, events and appointments.
  • Create attractive brochures and slideshows to present to the client (strong computer skills required including MS packages).
  • Advance checking of hotel accommodation at destinations to ensure everything is in place regarding specific requirements for guest visits.
  • Liaise with hotel management and local security in advance of guest visits.
  • Preparation and organisation of activities at destinations, such as theatre trips, restaurants, sight-seeing, transportation, for guests – ranging from small to large groups.
  • Liaise with external suppliers to ensure maximum efficiency relating to guest visits (hotel management, travel agents, local transportation providers).
  • Be in attendance at destinations during key guest visits to assist with ad hoc queries and arrangements locally.
  • Deal with any complex client queries.
  • Find new destinations, be aware of the newest activities & trending restaurant openings.
  • Obtain competitive price quotes and promote this ethos.
     

This role involves international travel at the last minute, so flexibility is key. 

It is essential that the successful Hospitality Officer has experience within a similar luxury travel/hospitality role, ideally at a senior level. A practical knowledge of luxury principles, procedures and terminology and be willing to participate in client activities (including skiing, water sports, cycling, walking). You will ideally have knowledge of other languages (German or Italian desirable).
