* You will be self-confident and happy to have discussions, even if you're not an expert in the subject matter.
* It is important to have a genuine desire to help others and provide a fantastic service.
*About the role*
* You will use your skills and character to engage with industry professionals who we refer to as talent or candidates. The people you speak with may be seeking new jobs or open to exploring opportunities. We never pressurise people in to pursuing opportunities.
* You will report to and work closely with the Research Lead, helping identify the best talent for our clients.
* A key focus of your role will be to engage with life science industry professionals (candidates/talent) to learn more about them and to discuss potential vacancies.
* These professionals may be known to us already or be brand new contacts. Many will be in the UK, Europe and the US but you could be engaging with talent based anywhere in the world.
* English speaking and writing is essential and any other languages is advantageous but not essential.
* Some days will be fast paced and with lots of calls throughout the day and others will be more research based and quieter, but every day will be busy.
* While we provide incentives to reward success, this is much more a *solutions* role than a typical sales role.
* This opportunity is available as an apprenticeship, internship or permanent hire depending upon the person.

* There is no minimum threshold, you earn commission from your first successful introduction.

* MICROSOFT OFFICE - All major Microsoft programs are available to you as you would expect. All accessible in the cloud.

* Our UK office is in a beautiful, historic, and culturally rich location in the heart of Tunbridge Wells (The Pantiles), surrounded by unique shops, restaurants, pubs and bars.
* During the summer months, there is live music every Thursday just a few steps away from the office.
*Charity work*
* We support the giving of time and money to good causes and support individuals through *Wentworth Giving*, our ongoing charitable project.

* Gatwick airport - approximately 45 minutes by car
