Experienced and committed Executive Assistant required to support a Partner in a single-family-office based in Mayfair. Our client advises the family Principals across a wide range of their business activities with specific focus on the family’s shipping businesses and their philanthropic ventures, namely: marine conservation, renewables and the carbon economy. The successful candidate will be experienced at providing both Business and Private support and be able to work independently and with autonomy to lead the role.
Hours: Full Time
Location: Mayfair office and remotely from your own home
Salary: Dependent upon experience
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Diary management – business and personal
- Business and personal travel research and management
- Management of all correspondence
- Maintaining relationships with all business contacts, internal and external
- Manage expenses
- Minute taking
- Create presentations and reports
- Carry out research
- Project management
- Maintaining/updating databases
- Filing (electronic and hardcopy)
- Personal and household administration
- Liaise with all personal contacts, from accountants to family members
- Assist with the management of 2 private residences: London and Dorset
- Liaising with management company of London rental properties
- Assisting with family matters: schools, medical, events etc
- Booking personal appointments
- Restaurant and entertainment bookings
- Personal shopping, gifting and errand running as required
Candidates must be / have:
- A minimum of 3yrs experience in a similar EA role
- Confident, positive and self-motivated to lead the role and make it your own
- Flexible approach to adapt when your Principal is working on different time zones
- Excellent IT skills
- Advanced with MS Office programs
- Strong organisational skills, common sense and an eye for detail are essential
- A proactive self-starter with initiative
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Highest level of discretion and confidentiality
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels
- Understand the nuance of working in a family office
- An upbeat and outgoing personality with a good sense of humour
