Personal Assistant to Creative Director - Design Agency
London
28 - 33K
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a top class Personal Assistant to support an internationally recognised and respected Creative Director in the Art & Design industry. This is an excellent chance to be part of a company pushing the boundaries in creating unique and awe-inspiring installations globally. Based in a creative studio in East London, you will work alongside a warm, open and social team in the pursuit of excellence within the industry.
Day to day, your role as PA will support the Creative Director in all things administrative including international travel booking, hectic diary and inbox management and generally acting as a gatekeeper for your busy executive. You will support with patience, acting as a sounding board and assisting in the decision making process with tact, efficiency and a sense of humour. You will be confident and take initiative around decisions but also have a handholding approach when it comes to your exec and will know when to help coax ideas out and act as a real support and partner. Attention to detail and patience as well as a level of emotional intelligence are absolutely essential in this role.
To be considered, you should have at least 2 years solid PA experience, with strong initiative and foresight and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will be confident, energetic, and enthusiastic with a great sense of humour and the utmost patience. You will have meticulous organisation skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks with ease. You will be a self-motivated and highly driven character, always looking to take on responsibility and get involved and should have experience working within a similar, small but busy, creative environment. You will be a quick learner, able to pick up and run with new processes and systems and will be able to self-direct on projects. This role is perfect for someone with a genuine interest in the Art and Design world and ideally with strong PC and Mac skills (Adobe, Keynote, Photoshop and InDesign).
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual looking for a creative new home! If this sounds like you, please do not delay and apply today for an immediate interview!
