Office Angels are looking for an Experienced Office Manager to join a leading Digital Technology company based in the heart of London Bridge. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a great organisation who help clients design and build innovative products, platforms, and digital experiences for the modern world.
JOB ROLE: Office Manager
JOB TYPE: Temporary, Full Time
DURATION: 3 months on-going with the possibility of going permanent
HOURS: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm or 9:00am – 5:30pm
COMPANY TYPE: Digital Technology
LOCATION: London Bridge (Office based)
PAY RATE: £20.51ph - £23.08ph
Purpose of the Job:
Provides administrative support to the COO and Exec Leadership Team. Assist Operations Management in the provision of reception cover; handling enquiries; managing office supplies; monitoring office facilities & assisting in events management activities.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Supervise the reception area/incoming telephone enquiries. Be the first point of contact for all visitors, display a professional and friendly manner, ensure a professional image of the Company is projected.
- Facilities management - Work with the Facilities Manager to provide services and goods that support the core business and ensures the company has the most suitable working environment.
- Responsible for the day-to-day management of the office accommodation; work with the 2ML landlord / property management team to ensure environments maintained and of a suitable standard working environment.
- Events management - Efficient organisation of Company social events and relevant business Meetings.
- Provision of personal assistant duties and role to company members as requested. Including diary management and meeting support.
- Other activities as requested by COO and ELT.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Confident, enthusiastic manner.
- Strong team player / team spirit.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and a varied workload.
- Diligent manner; attention to detail; high standard of accuracy/presentation of documents.
- Effective at building sustainable relationships at all levels within the Company.
- Works well with suppliers and experience of large-scale office environments.
