Executive Assistant

Our finance client is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their Sustainability Team. You will be supporting around a team of 8, which will develop in the future. This is a permanent role based in the West End, paying between £42,000-£48,000 plus benefits. You must be able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

The duties involve:

*Complex diary management
*Coordinating travel arrangements
*Dealing with confidential information
*Processing and approving expenses
*Project work

You must have the ability to manage a high volume of tasks and cope well under pressure. This is a role that requires someone with excellent communication skills.
