Part-Time EA – Notting Hill - Advisory/Tech

Our client, a boutique advisory based in Notting Hill currently has a new opening for a Part-time EA to come on board and provide a first class support service.

You will be responsible for providing support to the Founder who has a client base of some of the most senior business executives in the  Country.  There are two parts to this business which also includes a tech membership platform as well.  This is a small fast growing organisation.    You will be working in an entrepreneurial environment so you can make the role your own.

Hours – 18-22 per week – ideally 4 – 5 hours per day based in the office.  As the business grows there may be the opportunity for more hours further down the line. 

Duties and responsibilities will include:

• Managing email inbox.
• Setting up meetings.
• Preparing documents for meetings.
• Preparing client packs and presentations.
• Organising events which will include sending out invitations and keeping track of attendees.
• Providing support to manage the tech platform and its membership.
• Tracking documents.
• Ad-hoc book-keeping and accounting duties.
• Personal PA duties on occasion.
• General admin and office management duties.

The ideal candidate:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised and able to cope well under pressure and to deadlines.
• Excellent IT skills in MS Office.
• Flexible in working style and approach.
• Muck in attitude.
• Able to use initiative and be proactive.
• Able to deal with people at all levels.
• Confident to provide a seamless EA service.
• Happy to work in the office 5 days per week part-time.
