Are you an intelligent and outgoing Executive Assistant with expert diary and travel coordination skills? Are you excited by deadline driven environments and strive to be the best?
An exceptional opportunity has arisen working for a hugely successful investment firm, Supporting the CEO.
Day to day, your duties will include complex diary, travel, and admin - ever changing, extensive preparation and forward planning, client and internal team management daily and additional projects as is needed. As well as, inbox management, coordinating annual and quarterly board meetings, acting as a relentless gatekeeper. This role does also have an element of advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Your role will be fast-paced and require someone who excels under pressure. You will be able to jump straight into this position where you will enjoy being on call when needed and travelling with your boss. You will need to thrive in a high-pressured environment, be able to work with constantly changing deadlines and demonstrate your ability to manage multiple complex tasks at once.
You will also relish in being the company representative when the CEO is not available, liaising with clients and attending meetings. This is a true right-hand position for someone with a strong work ethic and drive to perform.
Experience of this level previously is essential, you will be detail orientations, highly organised and someone who is agile, flexible and reactive to shifting priorities.
