Location: Cambridge

Salary: GBP24,000 - GBP26,000

TEC Partners are working with a long-standing and established client who are an industry leading player in providing technology solutions in the automotive industry and who are currently looking to grow their Human Resources team by recruiting an experienced HR Administrator. As a HR Administrator, you will join a small but high functioning HR team and provide support across all aspects of Human Resources.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Provide admin support in the HR team across Employee Relations, L&D, Recruitment and more
• Create employee correspondence in relation to employee lifecycle changes and events
• Become key contact in HR regarding HR system queries and make sure the system is maintained and updated accurately
• Take ownership of onboarding process for new starters and all relevant administration
• Support managers and HR with recruitment activities
• Provide advice on HR policy and procedures

What they are looking for:

• Experience within a HR Administrator role within a HR function
• Strong people skills and excellent communication
• Excellent administration and organisational skills
• IT skills including MS Word, Excel (beyond basic level) and PowerPoint
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• CIPD qualified or studying towards (Level 3 or equivalent) would be desirable but not essential
