Are you a Team Assistant looking for a new challenge? Keen to take the next career changing step? We are looking for a team assistant to support within and exciting and rapidly growing new fund.
To suit this role, you will be an independent worker, who enjoys thinking ahead – you will be expected to take initiative and be flexible in your assisting.
With duties including diary management, global travel arrangements, acquiring visas, frequent itineraries, expense management, meeting coordination across various time zones and video conference call logistics and preparation. Working closely alongside the EA/OM, you will become
the teams anchor and will work proactively to remain on top of their busy schedules.

This is a temp to perm opportunity to begin immediately.
