Step in to Corporate Events! We have an exciting opportunity for someone from a customer service or hospitality background who is looking to take the first steps into an office based role, working for this professional body based in the their central London offices. Based on Reception you will help the Events team with all internal and external event this will include both face to face and on-line events.

Duties will include;

Being the first point of contact for all visitors to the office

Liaising with the main reception to ensure all visitors and deliveries are logged.

Liaising with the internal events team to help manage the events calendar

Setting up rooms for events and meetings

Ordering supplies for meeting to include liaising with outside caterers

On the day assistance  - helping on the day with any technical or administrative support that is required.

Setting up new digital events on the platform

Tracking event attendees on Google doc’s

The right person will have a can do attitude and be extremely personable, you will enjoy going that extra mile to help others and always have a smile on your face, although some office experience would advantageous, attitude and ability to get the job done is much more important.

Hours – 9am – 5 pm Monday to Thursday

               9am – 2pm Friday

Salary c£20,000 plus excellent benefits.
