About you:

You may have no Sales or even Customer Service experience but are motivated and driven to kick start or further develop your career.

You may already be in a Sales / Call Centre role and looking for an opportunity to use these skills to earn you more money.

Whether you are experienced or not we are eager to speak to people who have the desire, ability and hunger to apply themselves to a new industry and ensure high Customer Service standards and Sales are met! Of course, if you have experience in the Telecomms space we would love to chat too.

What will you be doing

Using a consultative approach you will be speaking to new business's daily and identifying areas in which you are able to reduce their telecommunications costs. Interestingly my client offers rates well below market average, in essence greatly reducing business cost in a climate where the business costs are increasing. Typically, once the business becomes a customer you are then able to promote or discuss other cost saving products and services further down the line. This is when the commission gets really interesting!

Working hours - Mon -Fri 10-5.30. When business daily target is met you clock off early! This happens regularly.

Training - Unlike many sales positions you will really benefit from extensive training from those who are doing or have done very well in the role. It will consist of a 3-4 day comprehensive training program and you will receive ongoing weekly support from management and team.
