Emplas Windows Systems Ltd is a family run business established for over 40 years supplying trade and commercial, premium windows, doors and conservatories. We are looking for a keen, flexible and organised Coordinator to join our busy Commercial team.
What you'll be doing:
* Ensuring the effective and efficient coordination of commerical product supply to all commercial accounts
* Produce and send fitters packs/relevant information with frame deliveries
* Administer all paperwork related to commercial contracts and ensure schedules are updated as necssary
* Deal with any queries from site/client throughout the whole contract in conjunction with the Contracts Manager
* Support with Commerical After Sales enquiries from initial contact through to completion
* Organising service engineers diary and paperwork
* Recording all relevant information using the appropriate systems
* Liaising with other departments to resolve customer issues/queries
* Based at our site in Wellingborough
You will have:
* At least 1 years experience within a customer service/client facing role, ideally in a manufacturing/construction environment
* Some project management experience would be an advantage, although not essential
* Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
* Confidence using the telephone and have natural rapport with customers & clients
* Excellent organisational and planning skills
* Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
Salary: GBP21,000 per annum, plus quarterly bonus
Working hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
