Super exciting opportunity for an experienced OFFICE MANAGER to join a high end luxury beauty brand.  The successful person will be the go-to person with anything office related, as well as acting as the first point of contact for all visitors.  You will  Interact proactively across all teams, dealing with office-based queries to ensure the office runs smoothly and a comfortable working environment is maintained

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Greeting and welcoming all visitors and guests, assisting as required
  • Answering incoming calls, directing and taking messages when required
  • Supporting the Operations Director in relation to Health & Safety
  • Ordering all stationery including general office requirements and branded stationary
  • Supporting the Founder and CFO with administration needs
  • Support and help to resolve office equipment issues
  • Manage all meeting room bookings
  • Organise office maintenance and repairs
  • Liaise and build strong relationships with contractors
  • Maintain annual contracts and documentation relating to the office
