Business Development Support/Executive Asst

A wonderful opportunity has arisen to work for a growing Management Consultancy based in Covent Garden.This company was established 3 years ago by leading lights in the industry and is disrupting the industry with its innovative and successful approach.

This is a newly created role and will offer an intelligent and dynamic individual the opportunity to be part of the next stage of the companies success.

Your role will be to support the Chairman and one Partner with EA support, keeping the diary, inbox management and dealing with the organisation of meetings etc. This will account for approximately 30-40% of your time.

The remainder of the time will be spent working with the Partner Team, providing organisational support and setting up and running efficient processes. This is a key role in the business and would suit a self starter who enjoys taking a key role in the future success of the business. There is huge scope for growth in the role.

Key responsibilities

Managing the bid response process from start to finish. Tracking activity and acting as the hub for all parties.

Creating PowerPoint presentations. Proof reading documents to ensure that they are perfect

Create a bid library and consolidate all sales collateral

Research new business opportunities

Attending meetings, taking notes and following up action points

Working with the marketing team on Business Development activity

EA support as above.

This role will suit a born communicator who will probably be educated to degree level (or equivalent) in business studies or have a background in a similar environment.
