PA to Director - High End Property Design - City 
City
£40,000 - £45,000

Our client, a globally recognised, top tier Property company based in the heart of the City are looking for a experienced PA who has experience supporting at Director level. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable company.

The Role
Work closely with the Director to support his busy workload and schedule.
  • Diary management 
  • Organising internal and external meetings, arranging rooms and facilities as necessary
  • Produce quality and accurate PowerPoint presentations for monthly Board meetings and other meetings
  • Assist with the production and timely submission of the monthly board report and other ad hoc
  • business reports
  • Identify, anticipate and prepare information in advance for meetings as required
  • Attend meetings as required to take minutes and track the progress of actions to ensure they are
  • closed out
  • Arrange and manage domestic and overseas travel requirements, including obtaining visas if
  • necessary and preparing detailed itineraries
  • Organise and facilitate internal and external corporate events, source venues and arrange
  • logistics, catering and technical facilities
  • Draft, proof read and type correspondence, emails, letters, newsletters, reports etc.
  • Collate and process Director’s monthly expense claims
  • First point of contact for IT issues for the Directors
  • Screen telephone calls, messages and correspondence and action or delegate when applicable
The Person
  • Previous experience in a PA role at Director level, preferably within Property
  • Advanced working knowledge of, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and intermediate level of Excel.
  • Experience of working within an O365 environment to coordinate sharing and saving files on SharePoint and OneDrive would be advantageous.
  • Excellent planning, organisational and time planning skills
  • Attention to detail and eye for accuracy
  • Pleasant and confident telephone manner
  • Excellent command of English language both written and verbal. 
  • Excellent spelling and grammar is essential
  • Efficient use of visual equipment, including video conferencing, telephone conferencing
