An exciting new Admin Assistant role has arisen working for a fast growing, global business and technology consultancy firm in Mayfair. Based in the office and remotely from home, this a great role for someone who is super organised and has a good head for numbers.
They are looking for a super organised self-starter with great attention to detail, strong communication and great MS Office skills (an accounting degree would be advantageous). A great role to make your own ad develop and grow in, apply now for immediate start!
Initially the role will be finance, administrative and support focussed, however there is a lot of scope for growth in different directions including more technical, project – based, digital marketing or consultancy.
Responsibilities to include:
Finance:
- Assist the finance manager with journal entries and maintaining a consistent log of transactions
- Assist with internal financial reporting
- Manage the finance email, calendar
- Organisation of invoices
- Bank reconciliation
- Internal timesheet management
- Raise sales and internal invoices – manage accordingly
- Office 365 reports
- Ad hoc assistance
General Admin Support for Office Manager:
- Overhaul of IT equipment/records
- Update/maintain various spreadsheets, licences, inventories etc.
- Respond to misc. director/manager requests
- Ad-hoc tasks and manage supplier relationships
- HR admin
- Format CVs to send out to clients
- Database management
- Help with resourcing and research
- Setup new internal starters
- Manage job search websites
