Position: Service Administrator

Location: Lisburn, Head Office

Job Type: Full time, Permanent

Salary: Up to GBP20,000

Purpose of Role:

An exciting new opportunity has arisen within Capitol Foods to apply for the position of Service Administrator on a full-time, permanent basis. In your new role, you will deliver high quality administrative support to our Technical Services function, facilitating a smooth experience for our Field Service Engineers and customers across Ireland.

In your new role, your key responsibilities will be:

To carefully maintain all customer data and service records in the company database system
Maintain accurate data on all equipment owned by the Company, as opposed to equipment purchased by the customer, and establishing readily available access to this information, as and when required
Take incoming customer service request calls
Efficiently deal with customer calls by informing the relevant Service Engineer of the problem to attend
Sign off the successful completion of Service Engineer tasks
Maintain records of the work done by customer / engineer etc
Monitor new account equipment orders, installation times etc
Order parts etc., as required and authorized by your Line Manager and helping to establish and control an inventory of parts
In conjunction with the Office Manager and Credit Controller, ensuring that annual Service Contracts / Customer callouts are invoiced and paid for before any further service work is conducted on the customer's equipmentExperience

To be considered for this opportunity it is essential that you have a relevant experience in a fast-paced administrative role, ideally in a technical service or facilities management type environment. You'll be comfortable and competent in working with data across different systems, with excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritise changing tasks. You'll be both responsive and proactive in your day-to-day role, and you'll have a passion for delivering customer service.
