Team PA - £40k - £45k
We are looking for an experienced team assistant / EA for a maternity cover role, preferably from finance/PE background to assist a team of 9 (3 principals, 2 VPs and 4 juniors).
The successful candidate will need to enjoy working at a fast pace, able to stay on top of workload, enjoy working in a team and interacting with people, be a true team player (able to work with London team EAs and support each when holiday / sick cover is required).

The 3 essentials are:
Reliable (will get the task done and done well)
Responsive (able to communicate efficiently ie where they are with work, respond to emails, understand the importance of communication)
Switched on (on it, gets it and able to demonstrate this through interactions)

Business travel has started, the candidate should be very experienced with travel arrangements. Will hand hold traveller from A-Z (book various travel tests required, understand requirements to enter countries, be the named contact person on PLF forms to manage amendments as travel changes).


  • willingness and good work attitude is key. The ideal candidate should be able to pivot and notch up gears as required and provide support for partners in the office. Taking pride and being accountable for their work also ensures success in this role.
