Polished PA to MD and Team - Investment Banking - West End

Leading International Investment Bank, based in superb offices in Mayfair - close to Green Park, Oxford Circus and Bond St tubes, is seeking a highly polished, professional and experienced PA to support a small Team of 2 MDs and VPs within their Investment Banking division.

This varied and busy role will involve a high volume of complex travel, meeting and schedule management, being the point of contact for the MDs and their major corporate clients, involvement in Projects and organising Conferences and Events.

Probably a Graduate with at least 3 years PA or Team Assistant experience gained within a corporate and international environment, you must possess excellent communication and inter-personal skills, a confident and helpful personality, great attention to detail and bags of energy and enthusiasm.

You will enjoy a busy and varied role where you will take responsibility for the administrative support of your team and assist with client relationship initiatives.
