A small Boutique Finance Company in Central London is looking for a EA/Office Administrator to start ASAP.  This  role is on a permanent basis. 

Job Duties: 

- Provide general EA support to Partners as required including diary, travel, client contact, personal errands and work.  Ensure office supplies including stationery, office, printing and kitchen are in place, manage secure shredding process.  Provide diary and travel support to wider team as required as well a personal work for the Partners. You must be happy working on your own for periods in the office and be self-motivated with a bright and bubbly personality.

Skills and experience required: 

- Experience working as a EA and Office Administrator within a small boutique environment.

- Proficient with Microsoft systems. The role is paying up to £45k with the potential to go higher for the right candidate. Experience in a professional services environment within a small office is essential for the role. Immediate start for the right candidate.
