An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Receptionist for one of London’s leading property firms at their Head Office in Central London. The face of the office, you will be highly polished, professional and proactive – ensuring you give every guest a 5-star welcome.
You will be friendly and solve issues efficiently, you will want to go the extra mile - preempting problems before they happen and ensuring the front of house runs smoothly. You will need to be an all-rounder and multitasking individual, comfortable greeting high profile individuals, answering phone calls, facilitating the rest of the team with anything required, offering refreshments, setting up meeting rooms, and addressing any issues that might arise.
You will have previous experience as a Receptionist and be able to demonstrate strong organisation skills, whilst also being flexible, keen and personable. You should take an enthusiastic and proactive approach to any given task, be willing to help out when your colleagues need it, remembering that customer service is the utmost priority.

This role is based in their head office in Central London, and usual working hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-6:00pm.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Prior experience in a similar role as a Receptionist
- Fluency in English - both verbal and written
- Well-polished and well-presented
- Naturally customer-focussed and service-orientated
- A happy and friendly dispositions
- Hardworking and driven to exceed expectations
- Able to work as part of a team
- A proactive approach to work
- Flexible in approach to duties and happy to ‘muck in’ where required
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Excellent checkable references
