Super successful and award winning boutique finance firm are looking for an exceptional Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of both their London and New York offices.
A varied role working across the business and liaising at all levels, we are looking for a bright, flexible and robust candidate with the confidence to manage a team of 3. This role is suited to someone with superb people skills who is highly organised, a true problem solver who likes being the ‘go-to’ person and who cares about the little things as well as the bigger picture.
Previous line management experience and knowledge of coordinating office moves and fitouts is essential.
Duties will include:
- Liaison with building management, service providers and contractors
- Space planning
- Managing budgets and office fit-outs
- Managing a team of 3
- Light touch support to the COO and Strategic Advisor – mainly diary management and coordinating meetings
This is a one off opportunity to play a key role in a dynamic, fast moving company and work alongside interesting and high flying colleagues.
