EA – Boutique Investment
Mayfair
£40-45,000 + excellent benefits and generous bonus
VB14236
Really lovely EA role supporting a nice team in luxury offices in Mayfair. This finance house is small but is growing and has strong global presence with an inspirational team driving the business forward. The company dynamic is busy and fast paced but also relaxed and easy going – you really are supported and looked after – demonstrated by the fabulous benefits (generous and regular bonus’s plus free lunch every day!) This role is working alongside the other EA and is looking after a Director and 2 Associates. You will also get involved with helping run the office and providing support to the other EA who looks after a very busy and demanding MD.
The role is typical support: Diary, meeting, travel and expenses but also lots of global liaison, pulling together research and helping compile information as such we are looking for someone who has previously worked in a boutique finance house and had fund experience.
Key for this role is a positive work ethic – someone who is bright, switched on - always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done to the best of their ability. This would not suit someone who has come from a structured environment but rather someone who is used to rolling up their sleeves and getting the job done a high standard. Attention to detail is key. Huge scope to grow this role, especially as the company are growing.
