My client are a high end residential developer with brand new offices in a popular location in Hertfordshire they are currently looking to maintain their 5* customer service rating by employing an experience Head of Aftercare
The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience managing Aftercare Teams for a construction firm or housing developer previously. Your strengths must lie in people management, building relationships & ensuring that the customer or client's journey to completion runs smoothly.
Although the office is based in Hertfordshire the developments are as North as Cambridgeshire & they also have acquired some land in Surrey.
