Personal Assistant (PA) required for beautiful private residence in Pevensey Bay, East Sussex, GBP30-36k doe (GBP15.38-GBP18.45 per hour doe), ideally to work on a self-employed basis. Our client is Barrister who works from home and also in London and this is to support her with her portfolio of four properties she owns and organise and manage her time/workload accordingly.
Working from a stunning beachfront setting you will share her spacious home with your own office/computer and phone. You must also be comfortable with her dog and two support staff who care for her Mother who also lives there.
Extremely varied workload as our client also has School Governor responsibilities, alongside her QC Barrister work, and managing her properties.
She needs someone who has worked in a similarly high-level PA role, is personable, with strong communication skills, an efficient and affable nature, strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and take the initiative. Must be confident dealing with complex diary management and travel arrangements, used to changing events at the last minute and an unflappable nature. You will also be in regular contact with her Surveyor to deal with any building issues regarding maintenance upkeep, all administration regarding insurances, utilities and property management issues.
Naturally you will strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Google drive. Candidates must have their own transport to travel between her different properties that are based locally. Very occasional travel to her offices in London, all journeys will be fully expensed.
This is a full-time permanent role, looking for someone who can work Monday to Friday, 9-5.30pm and be based at her home in Pevensey Bay. Lunch included. Ideally to start as soon as possible with immediate interviews.
