Culture is key here with employees at the heart of their business, it is essential you love what you do and are passionate about being an EA. Personality is absolutely key, they are seeking energy, drive and passion with a fantastic attitude and willingness to learn and grown within the role as long term progression will absolutely be offered.
They describe themselves as incredibly collaborative, having a flat structure and communicated that EAs are very much viewed as part of the business, and will be able to assist with projects alongside the organisational EA piece. Multiple stakeholder management is key and managing multiple diaries which are constantly moving. They are seeking an individual who is professional, has the maturity, can handle the pace and is able to hit the ground running.
