My client is a hugely successful and ever growing PLC with offices in the London and the US. Based in the city, the UK office is boutique in size with a real family feel and a social, welcoming team.  I am looking for a top notch EA with a keen eye for detail to support an utterly charming and very busy CFO. Duties include

  • Diary management
  • Global meeting management, agenda setting, prep ahead of meetings
  • Travel arrangements – hotels, transport, itineraries
  • Inbox – drafting correspondence, highlighting priorities
  • PowerPoint presentations for quarterly reports
  • Drafting quarterly press release

The ideal EA will have around 10+ years’ experience in a similar environment.  Exceptional Word skills as preparing/drafting reports is a large part of the role. Accuracy as well as excellent spelling and grammar are the order of the day!  I am looking for a warm, outgoing EA with a naturally helpful, can do attitude.  In return the company really value their staff.
