Award winning Green Park headquartered investment company are looking for an experienced Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of the London and New York offices. With responsibility for contract and supplier management, budget management, office and property management, managing the facilities team including reception, administration and a team assistant. The role works closely with the COO on operational strategy and a variety of different projects.
Skills/experience required:
- Recent demonstrable experience in an Office Manager role within Financial Services
- Experience of managing a small admin team including training, appraisals and day to day supervision and direction
- Experiencing of introducing policies and procedures within in a smaller company environment
- Ability to multi-task across a number of projects and delegate affectively
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management with the ability to build and maintain relationships at every level in the business
