Part time Welcome Host - 12 hours a week - £9,300

A wonderful opportunity has arisen for an experienced hospitality person to join a fabulous property development company as a Welcome Host. You will be based near Brent Cross tube in a Welcome Hub which has been set up to generate awareness, interest and data capture for the new Brent Cross Town scheme which is under development and their Visitor Pavilion near the site itself.   This development will be a new town centre for north London and when complete, will provide 6.700 new homes, workspace for over 25,000 people and a pedestrian friendly high street with local shops and restaurants, as well as 50 acres of green parks and playing fields.  The Visitor  Pavilion houses the marketing suite and is the go-to destination for all who wish to find out more about the future of Brent Cross.

This role is part time, 12 hours per week, to be worked on Thursday 4-8pm, and Saturday and Sunday 11am-3pm. Your duties will include meeting and greeting all visitors to the Welcome Hub, providing information about the scheme and of course giving directions to the Pavilion.  You will also manage the Welcome Hub visitor experience and coordinate diary management in the unit, ensure the space is always tidy and welcoming and also cover for the Visitor Pavilion Welcome Hosts from time to time. 

The ideal candidate will be a great communicator and be experienced in dealing with the public. You should have good IT skills, be an efficient administrator with strong organisational skills, and enjoy working for a hugely professional and dynamic organisation and relish being an ambassador for such an exciting project.
