We are pleased to be recruiting for a Client Support Administrator for a company based in Hemel Hempstead. The right candidate will be joining a warm and welcoming team and be responsible for accurately completing all aspects of system setups whilst working closely with the team, so we are looking for a candidate that is highly organised with a keen eye for detail.

If you possess excellent communication skills, can work to tight deadlines, are self-motivated with strong administrative skills then we want to hear from you!

8:30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday

Duties:
  • Accurately maintaining control sheets for New Business
  • Setting-up of records for newly committed projects
  • Working closely with other departments across the business as well as external professionals
  • Reviewing and updating internal documents for accuracy
  • Accurately populating and uploading to internal databases using bespoke software and Excel
  • Raising client demands
  • Uploading opening balances
  • Reallocating funds
  • Preparing and sending out New Business documents to clients
  • Saving Correspondence to relevant directories and files
  • Monitoring and updating records
  • Chasing and diarising to ensure timescales are met

Candidate requirements:

  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritise workload
  • A logical, organised, methodical self-motivated
  • Attention to detail and highly numerate
  • Able to use own initiative and work well within a team.
  • Responsible, reliable, and approachable
  • Will need to be a good communicator both in spoken and written word
  • Administration and data input
  • Must have intermediate computer skills in Microsoft packages, especially Excel
