I am recruiting for a new and exciting opportunity for a PA to work closely and support the CEO Executive Assistant, to ensure the smooth day to day operations of the CEO Office. The PA has exposure to all aspects of the CEO’s personal and company operations and will work with the CEO Office team to provide round the clock support in personal and business capacities.  The successful PA will be an effective communicator, as the role requires both oversight and administration of activities and events that are complex, time sensitive, and highly confidential. It is a great opportunity for an assistant looking to build on their C-Suite level exposure, assisting with the support in both a business and personal capacity. To be considered, you must be immediately available, or maximum 1 weeks notice.


WHAT YOU’LL DO;
  • Support CEO Office EAs with all administrative tasks including managing a fluid and pressured diary
  • Organise complex and everchanging travel arrangements.
  • Initiate daily call/ face-to-face with the IT Infrastructure Support team
  • Execute various administrative tasks related to specific Committees including meetings start / set-up, minutes/actions documentation, and actions follow-up.
  • Assist to manage reporting timeframes to the CEO
  • Liaise with CEO’s family and family staff, working together on arrangements that involve the CEO to ensure business and personal life is in sync at all times.
  • Liaise with relevant staff to ensure the smooth running of offshore properties and interests.
  • Ad hoc duties and special projects as required.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED;
  • Solid understanding of the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications.
  • Experience in supporting and managing C-Suite video conferences and meeting arrangements (Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams, Zoom etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Calm under pressure.
  • Able to react quickly and interpret support needs based on past requirements, and without direction.
  • Strong ability to prioritise appropriately and escalate when required.
  • Willingness to be flexible at short notice on working location, and to undertake business travel when required.
