We are currently recruiting an Executive Administration Manager for a not for profit client based in West London. This is a newly created role and a fabulous opportunity for someone to make their own and support the Head of Office/HR implicitly.

You will be recruited on a 6 month basis and be offered a hybrid model of working until March 2022.

This role will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the charity's executive administration as well as managing the Chief Executive's diary and meeting co-ordination.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • EDI & Wellbeing
  • Administration Systems
  • HR Policy and associated process
  • Executive Support

This role will be most suitable for someone with strong communication skills and who applies accuracy and attention to detail at all times. You will be able to prioritise and have the ability to pick-up, retain and apply multiple layers of information using lateral thinking

Experience of working within a charity or health related organisation would be particularly advantageous. A skill set gained from providing administration support in a HR or Executive environment or experience supporting a HR lead or Senior Leadership Team with change to organisational administration systems and processes was introduce would be extremely beneficial.
