We are looking for a candidate who is either lives close by or is happy to commute to Esher. The role is varied as it is a small team at this office location, so the task as Office Manager is also part of this role. We need someone who can multi-task and manage changing priorities, who is proactive and efficient, and can hit the ground running with excellent interpersonal skills who can communicate clearly.

 

Duties include but are not limited to:

 

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to the team
  • Acting as the first point of contact for general and administrative queries
  • Managing the expenses and processing records
  • Diary management
  • Monitoring and assisting phone calls within the team
  • Providing general support to the team including photocopying, room bookings, stationery re-ordering, typing, filing, post, and other office management responsibilities
  • Creating reports and documentation for the team as needed
