My client, an ambitious and passionate team are looking for and EA to support their CEO, the company have great benefits and will be taking a flexible approach to work with around 3 days in the office and 2 from home

Key Responsibilities:

Diary Management and international travel arrangements for the CEO.
Arrange meetings and conference calls for the CEO across multiple time zones.
Ad hoc personal support to the CEO and his family.
Order relevant equipment and supplies for the office.
Issue any new office procedures and policies.
General HR support for the UK team with a focus on employee engagement.
Support on recruitment for the London office by creating job descriptions, screen applications,
Organise a variety of events and socials across the business including Christmas and Summer parties, employee birthdays and anniversaries, team building events and L&D workshops.


To be considered for this role you must be an accomplished and flexible EA from a creative background
