LEAMINGTON SPA / HYBRID WORKING

GBP40,000 to GBP50,000 + BENEFITS

THE OPPORTUNITY:

We're exclusively recruiting on behalf of fast growing and innovative business located in the Leamington Spa area who is experience phenomenal growth both in the UK & Internationally. As part of their strategic growth plan, they're now seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the business to take both a strategic and hands on approach,

The successful candidate who will be joining the business as a HR Manager will need to be qualified to CIPD Level 5 or Level 7, have experience of both the strategical elements and hands-on delivery of all aspects or HR / Personnel Management.

THE HR MANAGER ROLE:

  • Reporting to the Board of Directors and operating as a Sole HR professional within the business
  • Collaborating with the Board of Directors to implement and deploy the HR Strategy
  • Working closely within the internal management team to drive good HR standards and processes throughout the business
  • Providing HR advice to the Board, Managers and Team Leaders
  • Ensuring correct process are deployed and practised throughout the business
  • Supporting all employees and providing guidance
  • Managing disciplinary & grievance procedures
  • Handling employee relations processes such as sickness, absence and performance issues
  • Liaising with the internal recruitment team to ensure effective onboarding processes
  • Producing offer letters and contracts of employment for new starters
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new employees
  • Introducing employee engagement initiatives and strategies
  • Performance monitoring and review sessions
  • General HR Administration

THE PERSON:

  • Qualified to either CIPD Level 5 or Level 7
  • Must have experience as a HR Manager
  • Experience of both HR Strategy and hands on HR responsibilities at all levels
  • A track record of implementing and improving processes
  • Highly confident and personable individual
  • An inspirational character who can drive positivity throughout the business
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experiencing of educating and developing internal management teams to deliver great HR practices
