A new opportunity for an individual to join a large and well established business as a Finance Administrator. The role works closely with finance in setting up new clients and maintain the existing the paperwork as it is forwarded to the wider finance team. The business need someone that has worked with either a finance or customer facing role which will allow them to have a keen eye for detail. The role will look at budgets and analysis so requires a good level of Excel experience.
The business offer and excellent level of training and mentoring and allow for development in the future with great prospects of growth. The team is well established and have a really strong work ethic which is clear to see when interacting with them.
Duties:
- Accurately maintaining control sheets
- Initially preparing budgets and setting-up of records for new clients
- Reviewing and updating internal documents and budgets
- Accurately populating and uploading to internal databases (Excel)
- Uploading tenant opening balances
- Reallocating funds for Service Charges paid
- Preparing and sending out New Business and Budget paperwork
- Saving Correspondence to relevant directories and files
- Monitoring and updating records to reflect sales
- Chasing and diarising to ensure timescales are met
- Manage ad-hoc activities to support the business
- Supporting internal departments where necessary
Person spec:
- Customer Service or finance experience within either a corporate, public sector or private practice
- Knowledge of Property Management
- Knowledge of Excel
