Our client is seeking a Legal Secretary to join their team.

This varied role will primarily provide our Wills, Probate Tax and Trusts team, based in our Henley and Reading offices, with secretarial and administrative support.

Key responsibilities include:

Production of documents and correspondence as directed by lawyers
Efficient handling of telephone enquiries and calls
Provision of assistance to and dealing with tasks as delegated
File administration and data managementThe successful candidate will:

Have experience of working as a Legal Secretary previously
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a good typing speed (at least 60wpm) and accuracy
Have proficient knowledge of MS Word and other Office products and ideally experience of working with a practice management system or large database
Be a good team player with willingness to offer support to others in the team
Be enthusiastic, flexible and efficient with a helpful and friendly manner for dealing with clients and colleague
